飞凌嵌入式iMX8X开发板发布! 基于NXP多核异构iMX8M Mini

  这是飞凌2019年发布的第七款新产品了,前面六款产品都有着各自的“锋芒”,本次发布的新品会走怎样的特点呢?

  飞凌嵌入式FETMX8MM-C 核心板基于NXP 公司的i.MX8M Mini 四核64位处理器设计,主频最高1.8GHz,ARM Cortex-A53架构;2GB DDR4 RAM,支持一个通用型Cortex®-M4 400 MHz内核处理器。可提供多种音频接口,包括I2S、AC97、TDM、PDM和SPDIF。提供多种外设接口,如MIPI-CSI、MIPI-DSI、USB、PCIe、UART、eCSPI、IIC和千兆以太网。

  特点1:高性能,运行更流畅

  采用ARM Cortex-A53@四核1.8GHz的CPU,搭配2GB的DDR4 RAM,高性能、高算力,系统运行更快更流畅!

  特点2:H.265、VP9解码器

  具备1080p 60Hz的H.265和VP9解码器;相比传统的H.264编码,平均解码效率提升50%;传输和存储同样分辨率的视频所占用带宽和容量是H.264的50%。

  特点3:高版本操作系统,更安全

  FETMX8MM-C支持Android 9.0和Linux 4.14(QT 5.10)两种64位操作系统,高版本操作系统和UI框架为您的产品带来更高的安全性,以及更酷炫的人机交互体验。

  特点4:音频接口丰富

  支持IIS、AC97、TDM、PDM、SPDIF;支持5个SAI通道,可配置为IIS、AC97、TDM。支持7.1声道声音输出,及环麦输入,用于高保真音乐系统及语音识别应用。

  特点5:多核异构

  FETMX8MM-C具备1个Cortex-M4内核,主频400MHz;与Cortex-A53通过内部AHB总线通信,可用于低功耗休眠、实时任务处理应用。

  MX8M mini列入NXP产品长期供货计划,包含在该计划内的产品在推出后至少保证10年供货期,旨在为您的嵌入式设计确保产品的供货稳定性。

  I2CFour I2C modules:

  I2C provides serial interface for external devices. Data rates of up to 320 kbps are supported.

  eCSPIThree eCSPI modules:

  Full-duplex enhanced Synchronous Serial Interface, with data rate up to 52 Mbit/s. Configurable to support Master/Slave modes, four chip selects to support multiple peripherals.

  FlexSPIThe FlexSPI module acts as an interface to external serial flash devices. This module contains the following features:

  • Flexible sequence engine to support various flash vendor devices

  • Single pad/Dual pad/Quad pad mode of operation

  • Single Data Rate/Double Data Rate mode of operation

  • Parallel Flash mode

  • DMA support

  • Memory mapped read access to connected flash devices

  • Multi master access with priority and flexible and configurable buffer for each master
